Hi @White Fang, welcome to the HFE forums.

Let's get a few things clear first:

1. Circular referral between 2 players is not possible. This means that you cannot add the code of the person who added your code. Therefore, if you entered @Relvamon's code, he cannot return you the favour. (However, circular referral between 3 players is possible: A->B->C->A)
   
2. Most people here already added someone's referral code, so asking someone in particular to add your code has high probability of failing.
   
3. Whoever enters your code will get a 3-star hero, no matter which Act you are on.

I'm awfully sorry that I cannot add you @White Fang, because  the system does not promote direct referrals between two people. Hope you got an awesome 3-Star Hero though!

It's also advised to upgrade your game with the full purchase now, before the new update comes if you don't want a level cap and play the game more efficiently with lesser time.
