It seems like HF PC that i played has abit laggy and delay, is there able to solve the issue?
PC that i play
i5-4440 @ 3.10Ghz
4GB Ram, 64bit
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 650 (ver 391.35)

Lag and delay in single mode or network mode? Those specs are more than enough to play the game.

Well you can always disable pixel smoothing, enable partial skip frame, disable auto zoom...

But the specs you describe are more than enough to run the game in full speed. Where did you download the game from?

But i have tried the game from forum, the performance is same
