Here's another interview from 02 July 2015.

Most of them are old news that we already know, he did mentioned about Kickstarter and Steam.
He is trying to find investors, if there isn't, then he may think about Kickstarter. He also mentioned about he want a team to speed -up the progress if possible.
Those two guys ask if he will upgrade LF2 and put it on Steam, and his answer is "most likely no", but he want HF to be on Steam if possible.
He is trying to find an investor which can help him introduce the game to Mainland China.
