Yaga is one of the weakest 5-stars. He doesn't have health bonus and has only 2 special attacks, both of which require health to use. His sword attacks are pretty impressive, but he dies too easily somehow.
When talking about power, Raye is the best for me. He has a free thunder attack that you can spam to stop any enemy, and if surrounded, you can just explode.
