In general, not bad. However:

• The sword doesn't look right. The colors are off and it doesn't seem to be sustained well in the belt.
  The blade looks like it's stick to the body, he should be careful not to cut himself.  :P
  
• Where is his neck? The head should be higher. ;]
  
• Difference in skin tone from the head and right arm to the torso.
  

In short, nice concept, but pay more attention to the details.
