That question is a bit double-barreled. I'd say, it depends on the matter in question.

If it is about mechanics, features... then HFX is definitely better, as it is a more complete, enriched, and balanced version of our good old Hero Fighter. ^^

But if it is about inputs, then I'd prefer Hero Fighter PC version simply because it is for PC... As I am a person who does not usually play mobile games.

About Network Mode, it could happen. ;)
