The author of this mod engaged in questionable hacking activities which led to disagreement with other content creators. Some creators revoked their authorization of use of their content in this mod, and v1.3.0 is a version without some of the creations that are still present in v1.2.9c. Hence, we see no benefit in updating the version here.
