If you are modifying the HFX or HF-EX version, then the very simple method is: in the item spt, change the "type": 250.0" of "azrael_back" to "type": 299.0".
"type": 250.0 items are items with actual attack/healing judgments;
"type": 299.0 is a pure visual effect
