Make HF (pc) to be available in offline mode.

Yes, that is of course something I'd like to have myself. I will try to do this during my summer holiday. Ideally, it would have the following features and limitations:

1. No network mode available, it's offline version after all, so it is not a desirable feature (people could impersonate, evade bans, etc)
   
2. Saving progress to a file. Player would start with Lucas, Drew and Shawn just as if he had created a new account, then the progress would get saved to a file. (hard to implement)
   
3. No premium characters available. (debatable)
   
4. No ads. They won't help the author if the game is offline.
