hello,I'm new here and i don't KNOW how to post videos in this forum and i have the video in my computer

1. Upload the video on youtube or any video-uploading site.
2. While posting, click the button on the left side of Emoticon Symbol.
3. There, select the the site on which you have uploaded the video.
4. Paste the link there.

Sorry?
You have the video in your computer, right? And I assume that you've an internet connection.
Then, Go to youtube. Sign in [with your Google Account, (Gmail Account)].
Click on Upload.
Select the video, and let it upload!

And after that, follow my previous post.
