I was looking through version v0.8.9 and a pop up came that i have to pay for premium/cool characters to unlock is it possible that i dont have to do that to get characters?

Premium accounts exist to reward and motivate the author to continue his work. In this light, we condemn any attempts to get the benefits of a premium account without purchasing one. So, no, it is not possible.
