The PC version as we know it will probably not be continued.
There is a chance that a different PC version may surface (e.g. on Steam) but it is just an idea that was thrown in the air.
About Story 8, I am positive Marti is working on it or has plans to do so.

There are ways to contact Marti.
However, he is a very busy person and receives a lot of e-mails, so the chances he'll reply are extremely low.
If the subject of the e-mail is not a serious thing, then you can forget it.
