Hello , welcome to the HFE forums. :)

Your question is important indeed and that problem is happening with everyone.

Problem:

What is happening with the Hero Fighter v0.7 installer is that it contains the Hero Fighter toolbar to install optionally. This toolbar is based on the conduit toolbar. The conduit toolbar generates advertisements in the user's browsers that generate revenue for the publisher (in this case, Marti Wong), and is was meant to help support Hero Fighter. Problem is, this toolbar has suffered updates and due to its new characteristics and difficulty to uninstall, it is now considered adware by most anti-virus.
Virus Total Analysis

Solutions:

(1) You can download the installer by telling your browser and anti-virus to ignore the threat, add it to your anti-virus exceptions. At the installation phase, you uncheck the option to install the toolbar. This way no harm will come to your computer, as you did not install the toolbar. You can then delete the installer if you want.

(2) Download the Hero Fighter v0.7 "portable" version that I provide here: https://hf-empire.com/forum/showthread.php?tid=35
This one only contains Hero Fighter itself, doesn't require installation, but it does not include the Room Server. It also has a few interesting features, such as Zoom In/Out, full screen, and can be recorded with Fraps.
